50 Liter capacity yeast propagation and storage kegs built from US 1/2 barrel Sankey containers complete with sterile air filter, air lance for degassing and aerating of the yeast, pressure relief, and counter pressure point for discharge, mounted in a 4" tri-clamp fittings.
The yeast container has 1" butterfly valve for yeast recovery and inline pitching of yeast slurry into a wort stream or fermenter.
The container can be filly cleaned and sterilized or sanitized via the integral CIP/SIP spinner or by immersing in Oxine sanitizing solution. Perfect for using as a yeast "starter" propagator, yeast brinks, yeast pitching, shipping, or cold room storage vessel.
